Orders to arrive for Christmas are now closed. Any orders placed from December 9th 2020 will be made and shipped from mid-January 2021.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All of our products are handcrafted to order, right here in New Zealand. Most orders are sent out within a week. However, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be made before it is shipped. If an item states it is ready to ship, it will be sent out within two business days.
You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped, with tracking details (if applicable).
If you are wanting something urgently, get in touch via our contact form or email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order, and we can advise if this is possible.
All orders are shipped via CourierPost, starting at $5.00. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery is usually overnight. Please allow a few more days if delivery is to a rural address.
All orders are sent via untracked International Air, starting at $8.00. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. The delivery estimate given by NZ Post is approximately 3-10 business days. We are happy to ship worldwide! For shipping to countries other than Australia, please get in touch via our contact form with what you would like to order and your address. We can then advise you of the shipping cost and process your order from there. Should you prefer your parcel to be tracked, please get in touch prior to placing your order and we can advise you of the extra shipping cost. Alternatively, leave a comment in the notes section at checkout and you will be sent a seperate invoice for the additional shipping cost.
